Aeroseal’s water-based sealant employs a safe vinyl acetate polymer, which emits no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) once it dries following application. It is non-toxic, non-flammable, and devoid of any unpleasant odors. Moreover, the Aeroseal process ensures that no sealant particles are left within the HVAC system or the building once the treatment is completed. As a result, it is an ideal choice for use in residences, commercial spaces, and more. Aeroseal and its sealant meet the stringent requirements of industry-leading regulatory organizations, including ASTM International, ASHRAE, the US Green Building Technology Council, the Federal Energy Management Program, and others.
